Frequently asked questions
Is coding required?+
Only the basics. The Administration and Business Analyst tracks need no coding at all. For the Development track you need basic JavaScript, and we teach it from scratch as part of the course.
Is this suitable for freshers?+
Yes. Every batch starts from platform fundamentals, so you can join with no prior ServiceNow or IT experience. Many of our students come from non-IT backgrounds.
Do I get recordings of the classes?+
Yes. Every lecture is recorded and shared with the batch, so you can revise or catch up if you miss a session. There are no extra charges for recordings.
Is certification included?+
The certification exam itself is not included, since exam fees are paid to ServiceNow directly. Complete training and preparation for certifications such as the CSA is part of the program.
Do you provide job support?+
Yes. We help with resume review, LinkedIn optimisation, mock interviews, referrals and interview preparation. To be clear, this is job support, not a job guarantee.
What are the batch timings?+
Timings depend on the availability of the trainer, and most batches run in the morning. We announce weekday and weekend options with every new batch, so check the current batch details above.
